More About Me
I am currently working toward my Master’s of Social Work at the University of Denver. I’ve spent the last 6 years as an empowerment coach working with writers, assisting them to become the person they need to be in order for the book to get published. I meet people where they are and work with them to discover their self-worth hidden inside themselves. I am well-versed in divorce, co-parenting, conflict, and trauma.
My passion is working with single parents, and kids from divorced homes. I am LGBTQ+ friendly. I utilize many therapeutic techniques, including Empowerment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and narrative therapy. I work with people that struggle with ADHD/Autism, anxiety, depression, high-conflict divorce, suicidal ideations, and trauma. I look forward to helping my clients create a life that works for them. I’m a geek at heart and in my free time, you can find me embarrassing my kids with my epic dance moves or up in the mountains exploring.
