Professional Strengths
Christine has been working in the social work field for over fifteen years, specializing in helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Utah Valley University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Utah, Christine has developed expertise in areas such as eating disorders, child welfare and reunification, complex trauma, substance abuse, LGBTQ+ identity exploration, and faith crises. She is EMDR trained and certified in Trauma-Focused CBT, providing specialized care for those working through trauma and emotional difficulties.
Experience and Education
At the heart of Christine’s work is her passion for advocating for marginalized communities. She is committed to creating safe, empowering spaces where people can feel valued and supported. Christine hopes to continue her advocacy both one-on-one with her clients and on a broader scale in the future.
When she’s not working, Christine enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, tackling DIY projects, reading, playing video games, and spending time with her cat, as well as with friends and family. These personal joys allow her to recharge and bring fresh energy to her work.
Personal Invitation
I’m passionate about helping people explore how their past experiences shape their present lives and supporting them as they move toward living as their most authentic selves. Through both my professional training and personal journey, I’ve come to deeply understand the importance of feeling truly seen and heard. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where every individual who walks into my office can find the peace and hope they’ve been seeking.
