Jessica Hansen is a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Social Worker with a strong passion for helping children, youth, and families navigate life’s challenges. Motivated by a desire to support others, she specializes in helping young people overcome difficulties such as anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem issues, divorce, and relationship struggles. With a commitment to empowering her clients, Jessica creates a supportive and engaging environment where they can work through their challenges and develop resilience.

Experience and Education

Jessica utilizes evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Play Therapy. Additionally, she focuses on improving communication skills within families, helping parents and children develop more effective ways of understanding one another.

With experience working in both school and inpatient settings, as well as providing community-based rehabilitative services, Jessica brings a well-rounded perspective to her practice. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Utah State University, with a minor in Mental Health Awareness and Advocacy, and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. As a recent graduate, she is eager to bring fresh perspectives and new techniques into her sessions, creating interactive and useful therapy experiences for her clients.
