More About Me:

As a graduate student at National University, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy with a focus on child and adolescent development, I am dedicated to helping young individuals navigate growth challenges and achieve key developmental milestones. I completed my undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University-Idaho and now reside in Utah County. Originally from Oregon, I have a deep passion for supporting children and adolescents in building their skills and confidence as they overcome obstacles.

At Unified Family Therapy, I work collaboratively with families to create a nurturing and supportive environment where children and teens can feel safe to explore their emotions, develop resilience, and foster self-confidence. I am committed to using evidence-based techniques that promote healthy communication, emotional regulation, and positive self-esteem.

Outside of my academic and professional work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, exploring new destinations, reading, cooking, and expressing my creativity through music on the flute, piano, and guitar. These hobbies allow me to maintain balance and bring joy and mindfulness into my life, which I strive to share with my clients.

If you are looking for a therapist to support your child’s mental health and developmental journey, I encourage you to schedule an appointment at Unified Family Therapy. We provide a compassionate and personalized therapy approach, ensuring that children and their caregivers receive the care and tools they need to thrive. Together, we can help your child reach their full potential.
