Alan’s professional experience includes working with teens and adults in workplace training programs focused on stability, personal growth, and resource management. He has also worked as a therapist for business school students at Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business, supporting students through stress, anxiety, academic pressures, and personal challenges.

Alan has experience working with anxiety, depression, OCD, unwanted pornography use, family concerns, and couples work. He utilizes evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s individual goals and needs.

Alan earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Spanish Studies, as well as his Master’s Degree in Social Work, from Brigham Young University.
