Have you ever heard the term neurodivergent? Have you ever wondered what it means? Have you ever considered the possibility that our brains can be wired in unique and diverse ways, leading to different ways of thinking, learning, and interacting with the world? Neurodivergence encompasses a variety of conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and many more, highlighting the beautiful spectrum of human cognition. Are you nuerodivergent? Here are some key indicators that may help you decide:

You Might Be Neurodivergent If:

  • You find it hard to focus on tasks that have no interest to you and/or you fidget a lot.
  • You feel out of place around people.

What Being Neurodivergent Isn’t:

  • It isn’t “being lazy”

  • “One size fits all” diagnosis
